Bad Company Is Reuniting

The English blues-rock band Bad Company is going to reunite in it’s original lineup to perform at a single concert, says Billboard. This show shall take place on August 8 at the Seminole Hard Rock & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. For the first time since 1999 the band will include vocalist Paul Rodgers, guitarist Mick Ralphs, and drummer Simon Kirke. Bassist Boz Burrell who died in 2006 should be replaced by Lynn Sorenson who used to co-work with Rodgers in his solo projects.

This concert is dedicated to the death of an infamous lawyer Steve Weiss who represented the band in 1970, Led Zeppelin and the record label Swan Song Records. A show should be recorded and later released on DVD.

Bad Company was founded in 1973 producing twelve studio albums during their long muisc carreer. Together with Paul Rodgers the band lasted until 1982, and between 1998–2002 he had partially cooperated with his former collegues. Today, Rodgers is doing some work with musicians from Queen.
