
The Police is going to release a concert disk and DVD following their 2007/2008 world tour dedicated to the band’s 30th anniversary. Drummer Stewart Copeland has recently told this news to the Billboard.
He said that the base of these two disks will include a performance in Buenos Aires that was recorded on 1–2 December last year. DVD should also incorporate a documentary under the name of “Better Than Therapy” created by Copeland’s son, Jordan. The release is planned on the end of this summer.
The world tour had started in Vancouver on March 28, 2007. The last show must take place in New York on August 7 this year. However, after the following concert The Police wants to quit their music career.
