Blondie’s drummer Clem Burke has told the press that during the following year they’re planning to release the new album, noted The Mirror (as of July 7).
A new disk is going to be their 12th full studio album. The last one (“The Curse of Blondie”) was released in 2003. Blondie well apart way back in 1982 after the release of six albums, five singles and generally speaking, pretty powerful ‘hit-charts’ fame. By the end of 1990’s they’ve suddenly reunited and began to make new records, even though without going as high in popularity as before.
Currently, Blondie is on tour dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the release of their famous album “Parallel Lines”.
